Our mission is to provide best-in-class restoration services while building long-lasting relationships with our clients and partners.We are seeking a Project Manager for our Emergency Response Team to oversee projects from start to finish, ensuring smooth coordination between clients, subcontractors, and vendors. This role involves assessing issues, implementing solutions, managing schedules and budgets, and ensuring compliance with safety regulations. Strong communication and problem-solving skills are essential.ResponsibilitiesProject Assessment & SalesInspect damages, assess necessary actions, and determine the best solutions.Present and sell our services to customers, ensuring they understand the benefits and process.Project Management & ExecutionOversee mitigation projects from start to finish, guiding Crew Chiefs.Develop project plans, including timelines and budgets, to ensure efficient execution.Coordinate with clients, subcontractors, and vendors to maintain workflow and project success.Monitor progress, making adjustments as needed to meet targets and deadlines.Compliance & ReportingEnsure all projects adhere to safety regulations and company protocols.Prepare regular progress reports and update stakeholders on key developments.Address and resolve any project-related issues or conflicts promptly.QualificationsStrong sales with proven record of performanceGood communication, both verbal and written.Self-starter who can multitaskExcellent organizational and multitasking skillsAbility to effectively communicate and collaborate with diverse stakeholders.Ability to learn new restoration concepts and adapt to them.Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.Bilingual is a plusWillingness to work overtime when necessary.What We OfferCompetitive base salary of $80,000 - $120,000, with on-target earnings including commissions.Comprehensive benefits package, including 401(k), health, vision, and dental insurance.Company vehicle and paid time off (PTO).The opportunity to lead and grow within a thriving, values-driven organization.Join Romexterra Restoration and help us drive our mission forward!
