• Must be at least 21 years old, or meet the minimum driving age in your area.
• ADA compliance for your vehicle is required.
• Valid U.S. driver's license.
• Access to an iPhone or Android smartphone.
• Proof of residency in your city or state.
• Current vehicle insurance documentation.
• Proof of vehicle inspection from the California Bureau of Automotive Repair, to be uploaded during the application process.
• A recent photo for your driver profile.
• A completed W-9 form for contractors.
• Familiarity with GPS navigation apps.

Vehicle Requirements:

• Vehicle must be no older than 10 years.
• Four doors are required.
• Must be able to accommodate 5-8 passengers, including the driver.
• Valid state license plates are necessary.
