Goal of the Position: We are seeking a polished and detail-oriented Executive Personal Assistant to support our CEO in making a significant impact on clean energy and the environmentglobally.

  • Are comfortable with an annual salary of $50,000 - $65,000
  • Are ready for an in-person role that requires flexible hours and presence in Berkeley, California, 3-7 days a week when necessary, with opportunities to work from home
  • Have previous experience in customer service, travel planning, reception, or in an administrative support capacity
  • Can fully comply with our company's zero tolerance drug and alcohol policies
  • Are prepared to undergo a drug test and background screening
  • Can work in the USA without sponsorship

Ideal Candidate: You are a dynamic and energetic Personal Assistant eager to ensure our CEO remains organized and effective. This role involves managing various tasks to enable our CEO to focus on core business functions. A love for pets and passion for environmental protection is essential. You are a perfectionist, a multitasker who embraces challenges, and maintain a positive attitude toward service.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • 2+ years of experience as a Personal Assistant or Executive Assistant
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Communications, or a related discipline
  • Experience in corporate entry/mid-level roles, preferably in business administration or management fields

Core Responsibilities:

  • Act as an extension of the CEO, managing their time and priorities effectively
  • Maintain a humble approach; no task is too small or too large
  • Assist with business travel arrangements and bookings
  • Be flexible and potentially home sit during the CEO's extended business travel
  • Handle sensitive information with integrity and confidentiality
  • Anticipate the CEO's needs and proactively address various tasks
  • Manage to-do lists and ensure accountability among team members
  • Perform daily tasks including driving, pet care, meal ordering, and supply management
  • Keep the office organized and files in order
  • Collaborate with project teams and office service providers
  • Handle communications professionally and maintain a friendly demeanor
