Crestline Hotels and Resorts - - Responsibilities: Prepare, season, and cook dishes such as soups, meats, vegetables, or desserts for the hotel.; Maintain and strictly abide by State sanitation/Health regulations and Hotel requirements.; Check the quality of raw or cooked food products to ensure that standards are met.; Complete opening duties: set up the workstation with tools, inspect cleanliness and condition of tools and equipment, check production schedule, establish priority items, transport supplies, stock designated areas.; Closing Duties: return food items to storage, wrap/label/date items, organize storage areas, clean prep areas, return utensils/equipment, turn off unused equipment.
