The ideal candidate will be managing single plaintiff and complex class action/collective action matters, directing defense discovery efforts, taking and defendingdepositions, making court appearances, engaging in settlement negotiations and mediation, and preparing cases for trial and arbitration.

Requirements

• Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school
• Active California Bar license
• 2+ years of experience defending wage and hour class action cases and/or PAGA actions in California.

Salary and Other Compensation:

The annual salary for this position is between $150,000 – $300,000 annually. Factors which may affect pay within this range include geography/market, skills, education, experience, and other qualifications of the successful candidate.
