[AR Associate / Remote] - Anywhere in U.S. / up to $75k-yr DOE / Total Rewards = Health + Wellness + Retirement - As a Accounts Receivable Specialist at Carrot Fertility, you will: Manage the entire accounts receivable process for the company including invoicing, collections, and reconciliation; Ensure timely and accurate processing of all payments and refunds; Conduct thorough research and analysis to resolve any payment discrepancies; Communicate with clients and internal teams to provide updates on payment statuses and resolve any billing issues; Monitor and track all outstanding balances and initiate appropriate collection actions; Maintain accurate and organized records of all financial transactions; Collaborate with the finance team to create and implement efficient and effective accounts receivable processes and procedures; Ensure compliance with all accounting and financial regulations; Perform other duties as assigned to support the overall financial operations of the company.
