Allied Universal - - Responsibilities: Provide customer service to visitors, employees, and/or vendors while carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities at a front desk location.; Manage access control by greeting visitors, verifying identification, issuing temporary credentials when authorized, maintaining visitor logs, and directing guests to appropriate contacts.; Monitor front desk activity and available systems such as alarms, cameras, and/or communication tools, and report unusual activity to site leadership in a manner that helps to deter unauthorized access.; Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, including receiving calls for assistance, documenting events, and escalating notifications per site protocols.; Support day-to-day operations by coordinating deliveries and service requests, answering phones and/or emails, and completing required reports and shift handoffs in accordance with Allied Universal guidelines.
