Allied Universal - - Responsibilities: Provide customer service to residents, guests, and vendors by following Allied Universal security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities.; Operate the front desk to help control access by greeting visitors, confirming credentials, issuing visitor passes, and directing individuals to the appropriate destination.; Monitor cameras, alarms, intercoms, and/or other building systems from the front desk and report irregular activity per site procedures.; Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, including completing incident reports and escalating issues to property management and/or emergency services as needed.; Maintain accurate front desk logs for visitor entries, deliveries, keys and/or access devices, and resident requests, while communicating professionally with residents and on-site staff.
