Global Learning Strategy & Governance. Lead the design, development, and continuous evolution of global commercial training programs aligned with ADCs strategic goals. Establish and maintain global training standards, competency frameworks, learning maps, and governance models to ensure consistency and scalability across regions. Own the global train-the-trainer strategy, including methodology, certification, KPIs, and quality standards. Program & Content Development. Oversee the creation, curation, and optimization of training content, tools, and curricula in collaboration with global and regional stakeholders. Develop innovative learning solutions to support product launches, product portfolio education, competitive readiness, and ongoing skills development. Build learning journeys within Allego and other platforms, ensuring a blended learning approach (e-learning, virtual, in-person, microlearning, on-the-job experiences).
