Initiate and maintain relationships with potential partners in future transactions. Attend trade shows to gather market intelligence and meet with potential partner companies. Evaluate digital health companies fit with division's data sharing strategy. Under guidance of Director support alliance management functions associated with existing partners, including cross-functional alignment on issues, being the interface between the external and internal stakeholders and maintaining quarterly calls with each global partner. Work with internal stakeholders to identify areas of interest for transactions and to help evaluate potential partners. Support cross-functional diligence teams to identify, assess and make recommendations regarding transaction risks and opportunities.
