About the Role: - - As a CBRE Health, Safety and Environment Sr. Director, you will oversee the department responsible for creating and implementing health, safety, and environmental programs for an account at a global level. This role is instrumental in building a proactive safety culture, managing risk, ensuring compliance, and promoting sustainable practices. - - What Youll Do: - - Develop, implement and lead HSE programs and initiatives targeted to reduce risk, meet regulatory requirements and HSE safety and Environmental needs of CBRE and our client. Evaluate new and existing programs to assess suitability and the need for changes. Lead, mentor and coach a team of HSE professionals. Ensure commensurate day-to-day support and guidance to the team.
