Yes! We finally found you! You are the person we have been waiting SO long for! Ok ok, keep it together, pause, and breathe. This is our big moment, only one shot at this, so here we go.

Look, we know you're busy, and you've got a lot going on, so we'll dig right in. We need you on our Customer Support team. I know, I know, we call it a Hiring Consultant, but really you're helping us with Customer Service. Basically, our clients sometimes contact us about stuff. Maybe they don't understand a part of the software we support, or maybe they're lonely and need someone to talk to. Only you can help walk them through the misty fog of confusion towards the exuberant light of understanding.

• Troubleshoot and problem-solve your way to the best resolution like a pro.
• Providing the best support requires some out-of-this-world attention to detail and follow up skills.
• Jump on a screen share from time to time and train new users.

• Answer phone and chat support inquiries from users of our software.

Just so you know the environment you'd be getting yourself into, let us tell you a bit about ourselves. Our company is called iSolved Talent Acquisition and we work in an office with about 50 other people across the street from Maverick at the mouth of The Ranches in Eagle Mountain. We're doing good things and making money as a company. Our core software is called an 'applicant tracking system' where applicants apply to jobs, and our clients can quickly view who's applied and do magical things, wave their hands around and poof, out come new employees for their company.
