Role

As an Engagement Manager, you will play a critical role in our consulting team, working closely with clients to lead impactful projects. This position offers exceptional career advancement opportunities for talented and motivated professionals. Key responsibilities include:

  • Leading client projects, nurturing relationships, and managing the commercial process alongside Partners to ensure engagement success.
  • Overseeing and managing complex projects to meet objectives on time, utilizing best practices and personal expertise.
  • Acting as a trusted advisor to clients, influencing key decisions throughout the engagement.
  • Identifying and pursuing new business opportunities to enhance our reach.
  • Contributing to the creation of innovative intellectual capital and thought leadership.
  • Mentoring and developing junior team members, fostering a supportive and growth-oriented environment.
  • Guiding consulting teams through the project lifecycle, facilitating analysis and insight generation.
  • Assisting Partners with effective project management and workflow coordination.

Desired Skills and Experience

We are looking for exceptional candidates with diverse backgrounds and skill sets. Ideal applicants will have:

  • 4-7 years of relevant experience in strategy consulting from a top-tier firm.
  • A proven track record of leading teams and driving results in fast-paced settings.
  • Strong strategic problem-solving abilities and analytical skills.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication prowess.
  • Proficiency in SQL and Python.
  • Familiarity with machine learning, data science, and AI/genAI preferred.
  • An undergraduate or advanced degree from a prestigious academic institution.
  • Experience in client management.
  • A passion for creativity and expansive thinking.
  • A rigorous analytical approach to extracting insights.
  • Versatility and adaptability to changing priorities.
  • Sound judgment for timely decision-making.

  • Willingness to travel, up to 50%, including internationally.

The applicable base salary for this role is $225k-$240k. In addition, performance-based incentives may be available, alongside a competitive rewards package that includes health benefits, tuition assistance, and retirement programs.

We embrace a hybrid work environment, promoting a blend of remote and in-office collaboration, with expectations for colleagues to be present in the office or working with clients at least three days each week.
