Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Provide accurate and objective answers to complex inquiries regarding eligibility guidelines and policies.
  • Effectively manage inbound and outbound communications.
  • Process necessary workflow documents for income, identity, and eligibility verification.
  • Utilize knowledge of new policies and procedures to assist clients.
  • Guide applicants through the Medicaid, SNAP, and TANF application processes with clear explanations.
  • Deliver precise information regarding eligibility criteria.
  • Maintain exceptional customer service by addressing client concerns professionally.
  • Document interactions and applications using multiple eligibility processing systems.
  • Uphold a high standard of confidentiality throughout all client interactions.

Minimum Requirements:

  • High school diploma or GED required; 1+ years of relevant experience or equivalent education.
  • Fluency in English and Spanish is essential.
  • Experience in a high-volume call center preferred.
  • Familiarity with Medicaid, SNAP, or TANF is advantageous.
  • Proficient computer skills, including call center software, Microsoft Office, and CRM tools.
  • Able to work independently in a remote setting.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Empathy and sensitivity towards vulnerable populations are highly valued.
  • Must be available to start on February 18th, 2026.
  • Willingness to work as a limited-service employee.
  • Availability for a mandatory 6-week training program with no absences, from 8:00 am to 4:30 pm EST, Monday to Friday.
  • Must be able to work full-time during operational hours (8:00 am - 7:30 pm EST Monday-Friday, and 9:00 am - 12:00 pm EST Saturday).
  • Preferred residence in the Eastern (EST) or Central (CST) time zones.

Home Office Requirements:

  • Internet speed of 25mbps or higher is required.
  • Wired connectivity via Wi-Fi or ethernet cable to the home router is necessary.
  • Must currently reside in the Continental US.
