Join Our Team as a Customer Service Representative II!

We are seeking dedicated individuals to provide exceptional customer service for a variety of inquiries and problems through multiple channels including telephone, email, web chats, and written correspondence. In this role, you will:

  • Handle customer inquiries related to vaccine scheduling and kit distribution with professionalism and courtesy.
  • Utilize a computerized system for tracking, information gathering, and troubleshooting.
  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of CDC public response procedures to ensure accurate information delivery.
  • Document all customer interactions and appointments using CRM and relevant systems.
  • Collaborate with team members and contribute to the improvement of service processes.
  • Attend training sessions and meetings as necessary to stay informed about program updates.

Minimum Requirements:

  • High School diploma or equivalent with at least 6 months of customer service experience.
  • Strong communication skills in English, both written and verbal.
  • Proficient in using MS Word and Outlook.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Flexibility to work weekends, holidays, and alternate schedules as needed.

Salary Range: $17.75 - $24.16
