Coordinates all aspects of recruitment including job postings, interviews and job offers, tracking applicants and ensuring follow up. Manages benefits administration and billing processes. Administrates the Leave of Absence program. Provides guidance and counsel to employees and managers. Champions the employee experience through organization of activities, communication tools and programming including employee of the month celebrations. Strategic partner with Assistant Director of People and Culture to ensure continuous growth within our hotel and team. Alongside the Assistant Director, facilitates the learning and development process within the hotel. Preferred Qualifications and Skills:College education in Human Resources or Hospitality Business Management or equivalent experience preferred.
