Responsible for providing guests with a satisfying breakfast experience by maintaining a well-stocked and clean buffet, providing excellent customer service and assisting guests with any needs. ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS: - Set up buffet station with hot and cold items; including beverages, fruits, pastries and other breakfast foods. - Ensure all food items are cooked and prepared according to health and safety standards. - Arrange tables and seating areas to create a welcoming environment. - Monitor and replenish food and beverage items as needed. - Ensure the work area is clean and organized. - Manage inventory and restock supplies as necessary. - Ensure equipment is properly maintained. - Always provides the highest quality of service to guests. - Perform all other duties as deemed necessary by management.-- Buss and clean tables.
