Mohawk Industries - - Responsibilities: Process sales orders and resolve customer product or service issues; Provides customer account management including order entry, order inquiry, product information, order status, pricing, stock check, and transportation management; Interface with internal teams and SSCs to address customer inquiries and order issues from order entry to order delivery; Responds to customer needs and participates in special projects; Maintain ability to multi-task and manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment
