We are offering a full-time or part-time Dental Assistant position.

We are seeking a positive, cheerful, mature, intelligent, motivated, and professional team player with excellent communication skills, ability to multi-task, is computer-savvy and pays attention to detail.

The person must:

• Possess a whatever-it-takes attitude.
• Be passionate about leadership (We are looking for a leader in the back office).
• Be detail-oriented, self-motivated, and a team player.
• Focused on a vision and committed to providing an unprecedented level of care to patients.
• Build patient rapport.

• Preferably one year of experience.
• Preferably has an X-ray license but we will support those who have yet to take it.
• Knowledge of Dentrix is a plus.
• Experience with Itero Lumina Scanner is a plus
• Bilingual is a plus.

• Fluctuates from 32 to 36 hours a week. (Office is open 2 Saturdays a month which are 6-hour days.)
• Position is considered full-time.

• Immediate holiday pay, 40-hour sick after 90-day probationary period, VK hours after 1 year tenure (manager discretion)
• Performance-based monthly bonus and annual bonus.
• Health Care Spending Account with Employer Contribution (must meet California Law requirements).
• 401K Plan plus end-of-the-year Profit Sharing with eligibility.
