Greet and engage members with a warm, professional, and polished demeanor. Take and enter food and beverage orders accurately and efficiently. Provide detailed knowledge of menu items, ingredients, allergens, specials, and beverage offerings. Deliver dishes and drinks promptly, ensuring correct presentation and order accuracy. Anticipate guest needs and respond to requests with urgency and enthusiasm. Maintain cleanliness and organization of assigned sections, service stations, and dining areas. Work collaboratively with runners, bartenders, hosts, and kitchen staff to ensure smooth service. Process member charges, payments, and POS transactions accurately. Follow all safety, sanitation, and service standards, including responsible alcohol service. Support game-day service, high-volume events, and private functions as needed.
