This role is key to keeping patient visits running smoothly and efficiently. Location: Redwood City, CA - Key responsibilities:Room patients, take vital signs, and prepare exam rooms. Assist with procedures, specimen collection, POC testing, and vaccinations. Support check-in/check-out, scheduling, and prescription refills. Coordinate referrals, authorizations, and patient messaging. Deliver excellent customer service in a fast-paced environment. Requirements:High School Diploma or GED - Medical Assistant Certificate (or equivalent training)Must have Orthopedic experience. BLS required. CMA preferred.
