The Senior Analyst, Disaster Recovery is a pivotal role within the Information Technology department, reporting directly to the IT Disaster Recovery and Business Continuity Program Manager. The primary duty of this role is to support the formulation, execution, and ongoing refinement of the organizations Disaster Recovery (DR) strategies and protocols. The Senior Analyst will assist in crafting comprehensive disaster recovery plans, conducting regular risk assessments to pinpoint vulnerabilities, and integrating these plans with current IT systems and practices. They will also coordinate and conduct DR tests to ensure the efficacy of recovery strategies, document outcomes, maintain compliance with industry standards, and manage training programs to enhance staff awareness and preparedness for disaster scenarios.
