The Academic Personnel Analyst 2 applies professional UC Academic HR concepts, organization and / or system wide policies, and procedures to provide guidance to supervisors and managers to resolve a variety of academic human resources issues of moderate scope and complexity. Academic Personnel Analyst 2 will work with client departments to facilitate their Academic Personnel business needs, be responsive, identify problems, assist with resolution of routine issues, and analyzes moderately complex issues to recommend solutions. The individual will also coordinate with schools, business units, and specialty centers to deliver efficient and effective personnel services, while ensuring compliance with UCSF policy and procedures. The position will support the onboarding of over 600 Residents and Clinical Fellows and 400 Graduate Student Researchers. Reviewing various HR requests, analyzing and processing as appropriate.
