About the Role: The Recruiting Coordinator is a key partner to the AOT Recruiting team, focused on recruiting operations, reporting, and candidate logistics. This role is highly administrative but requires strong analytical thinking, attention to detail, and the ability to manage complex workflows across a large national recruiting team.
