Member Service & Hospitality. Greet members and guests with a warm, welcoming, and professional demeanor. Take food and beverage orders accurately and efficiently. Conduct regular rounds throughout the pool deck to anticipate needs. Deliver orders promptly and ensure accuracy. Maintain a polished, member-first approach at all times. Operational Duties. Perform all opening and closing responsibilities, including:Setting up and breaking down service areas. Turning pool music on/off. Rolling and stocking towels. Taking out trash and maintaining a clean environment. Ensuring members and guests sign in daily. Keep the pool deck tidy by clearing plates, glassware, and debris. Support both server and runner functions as needed. Maintain accurate order entry and ensure correct charges to member accounts. Assist with restocking, organization, and general upkeep of the pool service area. Work Environment. Work outdoors in warm, cool, or variable weather conditions.
