For the Commercial Roofing Project Manager/ Estimator: A minimum of 5 years of experience in commercial roofing project management and/or estimating. In-depth knowledge of commercial roofing products, systems, and manufacturer specifications. Collaborate closely with architects and other professionals from pre-bid stages through to project completion. Organize and lead meetings with clients, site managers, and other project stakeholders. Monitor the construction process to ensure compliance with codes and quality standards.
