The Senior Systems Engineer role is part of the Marketing Event Technology team. The team is made up of Product, Engineering, and Operations professionals who come together to transform the in-person and digital experience at Salesforce Events for prospects & customers. This role will be responsible for configuration, support and continued optimization of the Rain. Focus implementation to allow event marketers to create and run their events smoothly. Responsibilities:Administer the Rain. Focus platform, ensuring reliability, scalability, and governance in alignment with business needs. Configure and Maintain event data architecture, templates and APIs in our vendor system. Partner with internal teams to manage integrations with CRM, marketing automation, identity, and sales systems. Administer user roles, permissions, and access controls in accordance with governance and security standards.
