Forecast work 12-16 weeks out and/or put together a construction schedule for a project youre the lead on. Regularly review the progress of your project team after assigning work, and alert the PM to any changes in scope. Maintain quality per the company's production and design standards. Work with the Regional Director of Design and the HR team to recruit and retain talent and develop staffing plans to meet business plans. Oversee manpower planning to ensure efficient assignment of resources on multiple, concurrent projects. Research design options and write electrical design scopes of work based on preliminary reviews and meetings with clients. Prepare engineering studies and schematic designs for new systems and analyze the operation of existing systems. You may create specialized drawings such as electrical riser diagrams.
