Job Details

Our client is seeking an exceptional and experienced leader to head the Contracts and Alliances Group, which provides business, contractual, and intellectual property support for the companys external collaborations and internal research activities. This individual will work closely with the companys scientists and external academic and industry collaborators to lead and negotiate a wide variety of agreements supporting the companys research and development programs, with support from the companys legal and intellectual property counsel as needed.
