Staff Management: Supervise and lead all practice staff, including veterinary technicians, receptionists, and support staff. Responsible for staff recruitment, record-keeping, onboarding, training, and performance management. Develop and optimize staff schedules that align with patient needs to ensure adequate coverage and remain within labor cost budgets. Foster a positive, collaborative work environment where everyone feels valued, supported, and empowered to do their best. Acts as a champion for new initiatives by motivating the team to achieve desired goals. Financial Management: Oversee the practices financial operations, including budgeting, billing, and expense management by regularly reviewing reports and developing action plans accordingly.
