We are seeking a motivated Immigration Attorney who is fluent in Mandarin and English, and currently holds or is eligible for OPT work authorization.

This position is ideal for recent LL.M. or J.D. graduates looking to gain hands-on experience in U.S. immigration law and develop a long-term legal career.

Key Responsibilities / ????

• Conduct consultations and communicate with Chinese-speaking clients regarding immigration matters.??????????,?????????
• Prepare and review immigration petitions, recommendation letters, and supporting documentation (EB-1A, NIW, H-1B, etc.).????????????????????(EB-1A?NIW?H-1B ?)?
• Assist senior attorneys in case analysis and legal research.??????????????????
• Represent clients before USCIS and other immigration-related agencies under supervision.??????,??????(USCIS)????????
• Stay informed on recent immigration law updates and policy changes.???????????????

Qualifications / ????

• LL.M. or J.D. degree from an accredited U.S. law school.??????????? LL.M. ? J.D. ???

• Licensed (or pending admission) to practice law in any U.S. state preferred.??(?????)?????????????
