Our San Francisco team spends most of its time working on large, complicated projects where no two days look the same. The scale of the work means everyone on the project team matters, including the Assistant Project Manager.
In our group this role is not treated like a back-office position. You are in the middle of the action, working directly with Project Managers, Superintendents, design teams, and trade partners. People who do well here tend to be curious about the work, ask questions, and take pride in learning how large projects actually come together.
