We are a large commercial General Contractor seeking a Superintendent to lead field operations on projects across San Francisco. We have a strong backlog of workgreat people, and clear advancement opportunities. Our company is very employee-centered and we have built strong relationships with trade partners, inspectors, and clients, which allows our projects to run efficiently and our teams to succeed.

Responsibilities

• Lead jobsite field operations for corporate office and interior projects

• Coordinate subcontractor work and jobsite logistics

• Maintain schedule sequencing and daily field progress

• Ensure jobsite safety and compliance standards are met

• Work closely with Project Managers, inspectors, and clients

• Maintain quality standards and project documentation

Qualifications

• Stable work history with reputable commercial General Contractors

• Experience leading tenant improvement or corporate office projects

• Strong ability to coordinate multiple trades and maintain schedule

• Clear communication with project teams and jobsite stakeholders
