We are a thriving 100-attorney law firm is seeking an experienced Employment law Partner to join our collaborative and entrepreneurial practice. Our firm maintains a strong reputation for delivering sophisticated legal services across multiple practice areas.

Position Overview: We are looking for a seasoned law practitioner to lead and expand our employment practice group. The ideal candidate will bring substantial portable business and demonstrate proven leadership in all aspects of litigation.

Required Qualifications:

• 5+ years of civil or employment law experience with partnership-level responsibility
• Portable book of business of $300,000+ annually
• JD from an accredited law school and admission to practice in California
• Demonstrated expertise in employment litigation, workplace investigations, compliance counseling, and employment contract matters
• Experience managing and mentoring junior attorneys

What We Offer:

• The annual salary for this position is between $200,000-$400,000 annually, plus a percentage of the book. Factors which may affect pay within this range include geography/market, skills, education, experience, and other qualifications of the successful candidate.
