Job Details

The Director of Philanthropy is responsible for advancing the comprehensive fundraising program, with a strategic focus on the Neurosciences service line for CPMC. This role prioritizes the cultivation, solicitation, and stewardship of individual donors, with particular emphasis on securing principal and major gifts, planned gifts, and annual contributions in support of neurosciences initiatives and broader organizational priorities. The Director supports the Executive in the planning, implementation, and evaluation of philanthropic programs and initiatives. In partnership with executive leadership, the Director develops and executes philanthropy strategies that are fully aligned with the mission, values, and strategic goals of Sutter Health, with a concentrated effort to elevate and expand philanthropic investment in neurosciences care, research, technology, and innovation.
