Senior IAM Program Manager

Interview: Virtual (client is looking for really - really strong candidate) Hybrid: Oakland, CA (Local CA) Visa: USC, GC and GC EAD and H4 EAD

• Senior IAM Program Manager will lead a comprehensive analysis of identity and access management capabilities used to deliver systemwide authentication and identity verification. This person will be a key player building out the system wide IAM program and taking it to the next level.
• 10 + years (current) experience as a Senior Technical Program Manager running IAM Programs (implementing and optimizing and upgrading IAM programs for enterprise scale environments)
• 10+ years Experience as a Program Manager leading IAM assessments and implementations.
• Deep understanding of IAM concepts (SSO, MFA, federation, lifecycle).
• Experience building governance models.
• Familiarity with IAM vendors.

• Produce systemwide assessment reports and recommendations for:
• A Systemwide Authentication Program to deliver unified Single Sign-On and Multi-Factor Authentication solutions.
• A Systemwide Identity Verification Tool to reduce credential fraud and improve user trust.
• These initiatives will require the candidate to:
• Lead analysis of IAM practices and tools across multiple enterprise locations and industry-wide.
• Develop assessment frameworks, gap analyses, and propose implementation plans.
• Coordinate interviews with IAM teams, CISOs, CTOs, and IT leaders.
• Analyze vendor solutions.
• Present findings to leadership. (Be able to present proposals to leadership for IAM Program needs!)

POSITION SUMMARY Position Overview (The right candidate must have demonstrated technical expertise with IAM and be comfortable leading through ambiguity and building consensus among high-level IT leaders at each UC location.) This Senior Program Manager will lead a comprehensive analysis of identity and access management capabilities used to deliver systemwide authentication and identity verification. This person will be a key player building out the system wide IAM program and taking it to the next level. Key Responsibilities:

• Produce systemwide assessment reports and recommendations for:
• A Systemwide Authentication Program to deliver unified Single Sign-On and Multi-Factor Authentication solutions.
• A Systemwide Identity Verification Tool to reduce credential fraud and improve user trust.
• These initiatives will require the candidate to:
• Lead analysis of IAM practices and tools across University locations and industry-wide.
• Develop assessment frameworks, gap analyses, and propose implementation plans.
• Coordinate interviews with IAM teams, CISOs, CTOs, and IT leaders.
