Job Summary:
We are seeking a Senior Executive Administrator to provide top-tier administrative support to our executive leaders. You'll handle a variety of administrative duties, including calendar management, travel arrangements, communications, and project support. Your professionalism and attention to detail will be essential as you serve as a mentor to other executive assistants, and help establish best practices for our team.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Calendaring, Travel & Expenses, Correspondence:
    • Manage appointments and meetings independently, including logistics and programs.
    • Coordinate complex travel itineraries and schedules for executives.
    • Facilitate large events, coordinating multiple parties and complex arrangements.
    • Handle various inquiries and maintain confidentiality in all communications.
    • Create and manage sensitive correspondence with sound judgement.
  • Meeting & Project Support:
    • Organize and support projects or events, from scheduling to logistics.
    • Prepare materials and aid in managing timelines for projects.
  • Documentation & Reporting:
    • Produce reports and presentations, ensuring accuracy and clarity.
    • Maintain and compile data for reports and trend analysis.

Basic Qualifications:

  • High school diploma required; college degree preferred.
  • A minimum of 7 years of relevant experience.
  • Expertise in Microsoft Office applications (Outlook, Word, PowerPoint, Excel).
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Proficient in managing confidential information with discretion.
  • Ability to prioritize and adapt quickly in a dynamic environment.

The hiring range for this position in San Francisco, CA is $104,600 to $140,200 per year and in Glendale, CA is $95,500 to $128,000. Base pay may vary based on experience, internal equity, and geographic region. A bonus and/or long-term incentives may also be part of the compensation package, along with comprehensive medical and financial benefits.
