Role Overview

As a Director of Data Science at EY-Parthenon, you will harness your expertise in transformative strategies and corporate finance to deliver significant real-world impact. By working closely with CEOs, Boards, Private Equity firms, and government bodies, you will develop innovative AI solutions that promote strategic growth for Fortune 500 clients.

Your Essential Responsibilities

  1. Design and implement multi-source data pipelines, transforming and integrating data assets to enhance high-impact client projects.
  2. Architect, clean, and enrich data to support AI/ML-driven agents and dashboards, collaborating with Business Leaders and C-level executives.
  3. Lead the ingestion and ETL processes for various data formats, including CSV, JSON, APIs, and Flat Files.
  4. Ensure data quality and maintain transformation logic across multiple sources while complying with industry standards.
  5. Create data access layers that are optimized for machine learning applications.
  6. Work alongside AI/ML teams to guarantee data adherence to privacy standards.

What You Should Have

  • A bachelor's or advanced degree in a relevant field, paired with significant experience in data science or engineering roles focused on scalability.
  • Proficiency in cloud-native data infrastructures such as GCP/AWS, Snowflake, or Databricks.
  • Strong programming skills in SQL, Python, or Scala, and experience with orchestration tools.
  • Expertise in merging third-party data and transforming unstructured datasets for AI/BI applications.
  • A willingness to travel and work extended hours when required.

Preferred Skills

  • Experience in a startup or management consulting firm.
  • Insight into the effective use of AI tools in business contexts.
  • A collaborative and growth-focused mindset.
