Summary:

Join Meta as a Senior Executive Administrative Professional and play a vital role in supporting a VP within the Reality Labs leadership team. We are looking for a proactive problem-solver with strong organizational skills to manage intricate scheduling and travel logistics.The right candidate will possess outstanding communication abilities and be adept at establishing relationships both within Meta and externally. This is a full-time, onsite position, requiring five days a week in our Burlingame, Menlo Park, and San Francisco offices.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Schedule and coordinate internal and external meetings efficiently.

  2. Manage complex calendar arrangements and adjustments.

  3. Prepare expense reports and purchase requisitions accurately.

  4. Organize both domestic and international travel arrangements seamlessly.

  5. Plan and execute strategic offsite events and team meetings.

  6. Foster cross-functional relationships across various departments.

  7. Collaborate closely with team leads and departmental heads.

  8. Perform general office duties as required.

Minimum Qualifications:

  1. 5+ years of experience providing administrative support to executives.

  2. 5+ years of experience coordinating travel logistics for executives.

  3. 5+ years of experience in calendar management and expense report preparation.

  4. Ability to prioritize and manage multiple projects effectively.

  5. Proficient in Microsoft Office and Google Suite.

Preferred Qualifications:

  1. Experience supporting VPs in a large-scale tech environment.

  2. Proven record of maintaining confidentiality and discretion.

  3. History of driving events and fostering team connections.

  4. Excellent attention to detail and a proactive approach to tasks.

  5. Ability to manage projects independently and adapt quickly to changing demands.

  6. Experience building trusting relationships with leadership and peers.

  7. Skilled at collaborating closely with administrative professionals and cross-functional partners.

  8. Experience in establishing new teams and creating innovative work environments.

Public Compensation:

$59.09/hour to $201,500/year + bonus + equity + benefits.
