Summary:

The Learning and Performance Strategist plays a vital role in driving business success by developing and implementing impactful Learning and Knowledge Management strategies. Collaborating closely with Global Operations Learning and Knowledge Management Leads and Scaled Operations Line of Business teams, this position focuses on identifying performance gaps and delivering tailored, high-impact solutions. The ideal candidate will utilize AI and emerging technologies to enhance efficiency, quality, and personalization in learning and performance support.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Collaborate with Global Operations Learning and Knowledge Management Leads and Scaled Operations teams to create, implement, and sustain comprehensive Learning and Knowledge Management strategies.

  2. Conduct Performance Needs Analysis (PNA) and Rapid Workflow Analysis (RWA) to provide data-driven recommendations that inform the design of learning, knowledge, and performance support solutions.

  3. Utilize AI-driven analytics to spot trends, forecast skill gaps, and personalize interventions to meet learning objectives.

  4. Design and deliver onboarding processes and performance support curricula based on insights gathered from PNA and RWA.

  5. Leverage AI tools and technologies (e.g., GenAI, Gemini, Notebook LM, Figma Native AI) to craft, develop, and customize learning and knowledge solutions, driving ongoing improvements in efficiency and quality.

  6. Integrate AI training tools with human learning processes, fostering an environment conducive to both.

  7. Remain updated with innovations in AI, machine learning, and digital learning technologies, and actively share best practices and insights with team members.

  8. Work in collaboration with Subject Matter Experts (SMEs) and cross-functional partners to discover, analyze, and curate learning content and data.

  9. Design assessment blueprints and develop tools to effectively measure the success and impact of learning initiatives and performance support solutions.

  10. Facilitate critical business learning interventions, ensuring they align with business objectives and lead to measurable outcomes.

  11. Lead large-scale project teams, demonstrating exceptional leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills to influence and collaborate with diverse stakeholders.

  12. Assess and report on the impact of AI-driven learning solutions on business results.

  13. Embrace a growth mindset by continually seeking opportunities to innovate and enhance learning and knowledge management practices.

Minimum Qualifications:

  • Over 6 years of experience in learning and development in operations-focused organizations.

  • Demonstrable experience in a Trust and Safety environment.

  • Strong understanding of adult learning principles, performance consulting, instructional design, and knowledge management best practices.

  • Hands-on experience utilizing Generative AI (GenAI) for content creation, personalization, and workflow optimization.

  • Proficiency in using AI tools like Gemini, Notebook LM, Figma Native AI, and Figma Make to enhance learning solutions.

  • Knowledge of current and emerging learning technologies, including AI-driven platforms, digital learning tools, and knowledge management systems.

  • Proven leadership abilities with strong communication and interpersonal skills, effectively influencing and collaborating with various stakeholders.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Certification or formal training in AI, machine learning, or digital learning technologies.

  • Performance Thinking Practitioner certification.

  • Five Moments of Need Certification.

Compensation:

$120,000/year to $177,000/year + bonus + equity + benefits.
