TSP is excited to announce a direct hire opportunity for a dynamic Psychiatry Medical Science Liaison to join a global biopharmaceutical company. This organization is devoted to developing innovative therapies that address significant unmet medical needs and enhance patient lives.

As part of the expanding Medical Affairs department, you will serve as a scientific and therapeutic expert, facilitating meaningful scientific exchanges within the healthcare community. This role may be filled at a senior level, depending on the qualifications of the selected candidate. This is a field-based role with extensive travel.

Qualifications:

• Doctoral degree required (PhD, PharmD, MD).
• Prior experience in psychiatry-related fields is essential, with preference given to candidates with pharmaceutical industry background in schizophrenia and mood disorders.
• A minimum of 2 years of experience as a Medical Science Liaison (MSL) or in Medical Affairs is strongly preferred.
• Experience in clinical research and/or direct patient care is highly desirable.
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to convey complex information clearly to diverse audiences.
• Strong relationship-building skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
• Ability to adapt in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
• Willingness to travel up to 75% of the time and easy access to a major metropolitan airport.

The anticipated salary range for this role is $170,000 - $215,000.
