This opportunity sits within the creative studio and visual merchandising organization at Gap Inc. in San Francisco. The team supports seasonal campaigns, studio operations, and product presentation that helps bring collections to life across marketing and retail channels.
As a Sample Coordinator, you will play a key role in keeping the studio running smoothly by managing product samples, maintaining organization across studio spaces, and supporting day-to-day operational needs for the creative and visual merchandising teams.

📍 Location: San Francisco, CA – Folsom St (Fully Onsite, 5 days/week)
🕒 Schedule: Monday–Friday, 40 hours per week (8 hours per day)
💲 Compensation: $23/hour (W2)
⏳ Duration: 6 month contract

What You'll Do
Sample & Inventory Management
• Manage and organize seasonal product samples for the creative studio and visual merchandising teams
Studio Operations Support
• Support preparation for studio sets, shoots, and merchandising presentations
• Maintain studio organization, cleanliness, and operational efficiency
Coordination & Administrative Support
• Support seasonal projects and assist with campaign preparation
• Coordinate sample donations in collaboration with visual merchandising teams
• Ensure accurate tracking and data management for all studio samples
Top Required Skills & Experience
• 1–2 years of experience in retail, studio operations, merchandising support, or sample coordination
• Strong organizational skills with excellent attention to detail
• Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills
• Comfortable working in a highly collaborative studio setting
• Strong sense of accountability when managing inventory and records
