Overview

We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Product Operations Manager to support the delivery and launch of innovative advertising technologies, including new ad formats, ad serving capabilities, and targeting features. This role requires strong project management skills, cross-functional collaboration, and the ability to operate in a fast-paced environment with multiple priorities.

Key Responsibilities

Project manage the delivery and launch of advertising technologies, including new ad formats, ad serving capabilities, targeting features, and other ad solutions.

Lead multiple projects simultaneously while managing aggressive timelines and ensuring high-quality execution.

Partner closely with Product Marketing, Sales, Engineering, Product Management, and Business Analytics teams to test and validate new advertising offerings.

Support strategy development and execution, including launching new programs and leveraging established playbooks and checklists for end-to-end program management across alpha and beta product launches.

Work directly with the Sales team to support advertiser onboarding, campaign setup, and experimentation efforts such as A/B testing.

Triage, resolve, and escalate product issues identified by advertisers, and respond to incoming questions from Sales teams regarding alpha and beta products.

Document user feedback and feature requests, and assess sales readiness for early-stage products.

Analyze and query data to generate product insights, sharing findings with cross-functional teams to identify what is and is not working for customers.

Identify and address gaps in product readiness, ensuring a smooth transition to customer operations and support teams.

Develop, pilot, and drive standardization of new operational processes, leveraging tools and frameworks to increase team efficiency and execution speed.

Qualifications

5+ years of experience in technical or product operations roles, preferably within large-scale digital platforms such as social media or online retail.

Demonstrated experience collaborating with and influencing cross-functional partners using data to improve end-user experience and successfully launch new products.

Experience troubleshooting advertising products from an operational perspective.

Proven ability to develop, update, and scale operational processes to improve team efficiency and throughput.

Strong project management experience, including the use of roadmap planning and collaboration tools such as Asana, Jira, or similar platforms.

Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail.

Experience working in fast-paced environments, managing multiple initiatives and tight deadlines.

Strong collaboration and communication skills, with the ability to work effectively across teams, roles, and organizational levels.

Ability to operate autonomously in ambiguous and time-critical situations with minimal guidance.

Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to work with both technical and non-technical stakeholders and present information in meetings or training sessions.
