Job Details

Allied Universal - - Responsibilities: Provide customer service to tenants, visitors, and vendors by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities at a commercial real estate location.; Conduct regular and random foot and/or vehicle patrols of building common areas, corridors, exterior perimeter, and parking areas to help to deter unwanted activity and/or identify maintenance or access concerns.; Monitor access points and visitor flow, assist with badge and/or key control procedures as directed by site policy, and report unauthorized entry attempts to the appropriate contacts.; Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, including providing initial assistance, requesting emergency services when needed, and coordinating with property management.; Document patrols, incidents, and observations in written reports and/or electronic systems, and communicate noteworthy activity to Allied Universal supervision and site representatives.
