Your Role

As a Clinical Services Coordinator, you will be at the forefront of outreach and engagement, playing a crucial role in connecting our members with essential care management services. Your responsibilities will include assisting clinical staff with daily operations and facilitating member-provider interactions, primarily through telephonic support. Your efforts will ensure that members receive the coordination and care they need effectively.

Your Knowledge and Experience

• A high school diploma or equivalent is required.
• Minimum of 3 years of relevant experience is necessary.
• Vocational or technical education may be beneficial.
• Experience in health insurance/managed care (including Commercial, Medicare, and Medi-Cal) and familiarity with community resources and advocacy is essential.
• You should possess the ability to identify challenges and develop effective solutions tailored to members' needs.
• Willingness to work a scheduled 8-hour shift with 2 breaks and a lunch period, Monday through Friday from 8 AM to 7 PM.
• Availability to work occasional weekends as part of a quarterly rotation is required.
• Demonstrate flexibility in adapting to changing circumstances and member needs.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills are necessary for effective information exchange with members and colleagues.
