About the Role

Join a dynamic board of directors at a pioneering pharmaceutical company. We are seeking two accomplished executives with a robust financial leadership background in the life sciences sector, especially in the US market, and a proven track record as Chief Financial Officer or in a comparable senior financial role. If you have experience as a member and/or chairperson of an audit committee, we want to hear from you! While prior public board experience is advantageous, our focus is on candidates with deep medical and regulatory expertise who work closely with US regulatory bodies such as the FDA. Your background in pharmaceutical and/or biotechnology companies, particularly with experience in rare/orphan diseases, will be highly valued.

As a board member, you will collaborate with a respected group of industry professionals, contributing to our ambitious growth strategy in North America's rare disease and pharmaceutical landscape. The ideal candidates are those who can help steer our strategic direction, emphasizing financial oversight, regulatory compliance, and medical affairs.
