Your Key Responsibilities
- Employ radiographic and CT methodologies to produce high-resolution diagnostic images that facilitate informed physician evaluations
- Engage collaboratively with radiologists and fellow healthcare professionals to uphold accurate diagnostic practices
- Precise patient positioning and equipment calibration to optimize imaging results
- Strictly adhere to radiation safety protocols to protect patients and team members alike
- Keep meticulous records, ensuring imaging logs and equipment maintenance are current
- Deliver warm, compassionate care throughout the imaging experience, putting patients at ease
- Foster a safe, organized, and dynamic imaging workspace
- Associate's Degree in Radiologic Technology; a Bachelor's Degree is preferred
- Completion of an accredited radiology training program
- ARRT certification in CT and/or Radiography
- BLS certification or the ability to acquire within 90 days of employment
- Thorough knowledge of diagnostic imaging protocols and safety regulations
- Strong communication skills, fostering engaging interactions with patients and healthcare teams
- Adept at navigating a fast-paced environment with agility and flexibility
- Detail-oriented mindset underpinned by accountability
- Proficient in using PACS, RIS, and contemporary imaging technologies
