Join us as a Home Theater Specialist, where your mission will be to create exceptional shopping experiences for our valued customers by delivering outstanding service and comprehensive solutions, focusing on premium home theater products. We will equip you with thorough training to help you become an expert in the field. Upon completion of your training, you will work towards achieving sales, profit, and operational objectives daily. Additionally, you will mentor and share your knowledge with fellow sales associates to ensure they are confident in demonstrating, promoting, and selling home theater products.

What You'll Do

• Process transactions and connect customers with the right support for returns and exchanges.
• Maintain an up-to-date product knowledge through continuous learning and certification.
• Engage with customers for personalized consultations in-store, over the phone, or via online chat.
• Keep the department organized and ready to provide excellent service to customers.
• Provide thoughtful feedback to vendor partners regarding products and customer engagement.

Basic Qualifications

• Ability to work effectively as part of a team.

Preferred Qualifications

• Prior experience as a specialist in premium, luxury, or complex technology solutions.
• At least 1 year of experience in consumer electronics.
