Seeking a Job Captain/ Architectural Designer III to join our Client's team. The Project Manager/ Architect assists clients through planning, design, and construction of facilities and buildings. This process must adhere to guidelines which are fiscally responsible, structurally sound, and sustainable that fulfill the clients requirements. The individual is energetic, self-motivated, and team oriented. This individual is accountable for the overall success of projects by guiding teams and working with clients, stakeholders, and internal leaders. The Project Manager/ Architect cultivates client relationships and formulates retention strategies for future work.
