Senior Project Manager | San Francisco | $220,000$260,000 + Benefits

Im representing a nationally award-winning general contractor with a dominant presence in large-scale public and education builds across Northern California.

With a secured backlog of major ground-up K-12 projects valued between $60M and $100M+, they are seeking a Senior Project Manager who can take full command of high-profile builds and operate at true executive level.

This Is More Than a PM Role, this is about leading projects that shape communities for decades.

Youll have full ownership of:

• Ground-up K-12 developments ($60M$100M+)
• Financial strategy, forecasting, and cost control at scale
• GMP negotiations and contract execution
• High-stakes stakeholder management with districts and public agencies
• Driving Lean Construction methodologies across the lifecycle
• Integrating BIM/VDC to eliminate risk before it hits the field
• Building and mentoring high-performance project teams
• You wont be buried in red tape.
• Youll be empowered to run the business side of the build.
